Former ECU defensive lineman, West Craven High grad commits to Wake Forest

On Sunday, former ECU defensive lineman CJ Mims announced on social media that he has committed to Wake Forest.

The West Craven High School grad announced last week that he would leave ECU. The sophomore had 37 career tackles, 2 sacks and 2 forced fumbles at ECU.

He was among 15 players who have recently announced they would leave ECU for the transfer portal. On Saturday, Chase Sowell committed to Iowa State.
