Could we see ECU alum and Miami Marlins third baseman Connor Norby back on the field soon?
Norby is on the 10-day injured list because of his strained left oblique. It was thought he could miss up to a month of action. However, he worked out on the field on Friday before the season opener with the Atlanta Braves.
Christina De Nicola, who covers the Marlins for MLB.com, posted a video of Norby taking grounders for about an hour.
