They say with age comes wisdom. You could say money comes that way, too.
East Carolina alum and CFL star Stanley Bryant recently announced he’ll be back for the 2025 season with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He was a free agent and signed a new deal to play again.
He was recently announced as one of the oldest offensive linemen in the CFL. Now, he’s been recognized as one of the highest-paid at his position, coming in at No. 14. According to 3downnation.com, Bryant earned a $76,000 signing bonus to return for a 10th season. He will collect up to $13,000 in all-star and award incentives and $5,000 for being named Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman for Winnipeg.
Overall, he could make $170,700 in “hard money” and $183,700 in “maximum value.”
