The NBA loves stars and those who make an impression at the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament can become just that.
Former East Carolina star guard RJ Felton is getting that kind of buzz after his performance. HoopsHype’s Cyro Asseo de Choch said in part, “Former NBA player Raymond Felton’s cousin, RJ Felton out of East Carolina emerged as one of the tournament’s most dynamic guards, playing with a relentless edge and elite athleticism.”
