East Carolina football alum Keaton Mitchell is feeling good. Very good.
The Baltimore Ravens running back has looked good in the team’s OTAs over the past two weeks. In fact, he says he feels better than he did when he graduated from ECU after his senior season.
“I feel like I’m back better than when I first got here,” he said, according to Ravens writer Ryan Mink. “It’s going to be a movie for sure.”
Mitchell is in his third season with the team. He was in the midst of a 2023 rookie season when he tore his ACL. He returned last season but wasn’t at 100%.
Now, with a few more months behind him, he feels even better.
“They were just holding me back and telling me to chill. ‘You go out there and do what you can do,'” Mitchell said. “But hopefully this year I can help the team out in different ways.”
