Former ECU women’s basketball player Amiya Joyner to play at LSU

Several media outlets report former East Carolina women’s basketball player Amiya Joyner will next play for LSU.

She announced her decision to leave ECU last week. The Farmville Central High School grad won a state title and led the Pirates to the NCAA Tournament in 2023.

She averaged 15 points and 9.2 rebounds last season and was an All-AAC First-Team selection.
