East Carolina University outfielder Kenan Bowman posted to his social media on Tuesday that he would be entering the transfer portal.
First off I would like to thank the coaches and everyone at East Carolina for a great experience. With that being said I will be entering the transfer portal with 3 years left of eligibility.

Bowman’s ECU bio is no longer active on the school’s website.
Bowman was a redshirt freshman who came into the season after being the 2024 Cal Ripken Sr. League All-Star Game MVP. He hit a two-run homer in a 5-3 win for the North All-Stars.

According to Baseball-Reference.com, Bowman batted .277 (18-for-65) in 41 games. He had five doubles, nine runs and four RBI. He also had three stolen bases and had a .347 on-base percentage. He played 36 games in the outfield, 31 in right field.
