Despite solid Spring Training, Zach Agnos’ run to majors continues in minors

by | Mar 23, 2025

ECU alum Zach Agnos’ path to pitching in the majors will continue in the minors, according to The Denver Post.

Patrick Saunders reported on Sunday that Agnos was reassigned to the minors. It wasn’t announced where he’ll end up but will likely head back to the Hartford Yard Goats in Double-A. However, he could make a fast track to Triple-A Albuquerque.

Agnos had a 3.86 ERA, struck out seven and walked one over 9.1 innings. He did give up three homers.
