Hamilton and ECU football alum DaShaun Amos got the best of Ottawa and Justin Hardy again on Sunday.
The two teams met in back-to-back weeks with Amos and company getting a 30-15 win in Week 7. During Week 6, Hamilton won 23-20.
Hamilton remains tied with Montreal, which features ECU alum Tyler Snead, at 4-2 in the East Division. Ottawa is now last in the East Division at 1-6, losers of four straight heading into a bye week.
Here’s what all of the ECu alumni did in the CFL on Week 7.
- DaShaun Amos, DB, Hamilton Tiger-Cats: Four tackles, one for loss, in 30-15 win over Ottawa
- Stanley Bryant, OL, Winnipeg Blue Bombers: Missed just his fifth game ever in the CFL with an ankle injury he sustained against Calgary. Winnipeg lost to Calgary, 41-20
- Justin Hardy, WR, Ottawa Red Blacks: Seven catches for 47 yards in 30-15 loss to Hamilton
- Tyler Snead, WR, Montreal Alouettes: Three catches for 37 yards in 26-25 win over Toronto
- Jeremy Lewis, Edge, BC Lions: Did not play in 33-27 loss to Saskatchewan. Had been out three games with an injured foot.
- Hampton Ergle, OL, Toronto Argonauts: On team’s practice squad. Did not play in 26-25 win over Toronto
- Parker Moorer, OL, Ottawa Red Blacks: On team’s practice squad. Did not play in 30-15 loss to Hamilton
