Connor Norby back with Marlins after stint on IL

by | Apr 17, 2025

ECU alum Connor Norby is back with the Miami Marlins at third base after being reinstated from the 10-day injured list on Thursday.

Norby has missed the start of the season after he injured his oblique near the end of Spring Training. He had a rehab start last Saturday with the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, where he hit a home run.

Norby was 4-for-8 with two walks in three games with Jacksonville.

He’ll bat second in the lineup on Thursday against the Diamondbacks.
