Zach Agnos is officially playing pro ball at the Triple-A level.
He’s on the Albuquerque Isotopes Triple-A roster, according to OurSportsCentral.com. He is one of eight players making their first appearance on the Isotopes’ roster, the website reports.
Agnos pitched in six Spring Training games for the Colorado Rockies, covering 7.1 innings with nine hits, four earned runs, a walk and eight strikeouts. His 4.91 ERA was the result of three homers he gave up.
On Friday, Albuquerque opened its season with an 8-0 loss to the Sacramento RiverCats, the team fellow ECU alum Carson Whisenhunt is on. Neither ECU alum pitched in Friday’s game.
