Pirates in baseball: Landon Ginn picks up win by closing out Myrtle Beach victory

by | Jul 24, 2025

Landon Ginn has proven recently he’s back to 100% after injuries this season. He proved it again on Wednesday.

The ECU baseball alum pitched the final two innings as Myrtle Beach held off Columbia, 6-5. Ginn improved to 2-1 on the season. He pitched two innings, gave up two hits and struck out two to finish out the game.

He has been on the Injured List twice this season, on April 4 and May 25. He bounced back each time but has had some ups and downs along the way.
