The East Carolina baseball alum got his 20th save of the season as the Blue Jays beat the Yankees again, 11-9. Hoffman struck out the first batter in the ninth then coaxed a pop out before Trent Grisham singled and Ben Rice popped out to end it.

Hoffman struck out the first two batters in his relief outing on Tuesday, gave up a single then got the final out for his 19th save of the season.
The Blue Jays improved to 48-38 and are tied with the Yankees for first place in the AL East.
Connor Norby and Clayton McCullough
The Miami Marlinsâ win streak ended at eight with a 2-1 loss to the Minnesota Twins.
Connor Norby went 2-for-4 but didnât factor in the scoring. He singled in the seventh and ninth innings. McCulloughâs Marlins dropped to 38-46 with the loss.
