The ECU football program is apparently set to hire a new general manager for its football program.

ESPN’s Pete Thamel reports the school is set to hire Noah Joseph for the position. He would come to ECU from Purdue, where he’s been for the past two years. Thamel reports Joseph has stints at Missouri, Rutgers, Indiana and North Texas.
