Did you know this about Shawn Armstrong?

The Texas Rangers signed ECU Alum and pitcher Shawn Armstrong to a one-year deal earlier this week.

Armstrong, who is from New Bern, started the 2024 season with the Tampa Bay Rays before being traded to the St. Louis Cardinals. He was later released and finished the season with the Chicago Cubs.
