Connor Norby homers in Miami’s win, has hit safely in 11 of first 12 games with Marlins

A solo home run by ECU Alum Connor Norby proved to be a spark for the Miami Marlins in a 4-3 win over the San Francisco Giants on Saturday.

Norby’s homer was his fifth of the season and came in the sixth inning, giving the Marlins a 3-1 lead. Norby has now hit safely in 11 of his first 12 games since being called up from Triple-A by the Marlins.
