Miami Marlins manager and ECU baseball alum Clayton McCullough had an update on fellow Pirate Connor Norby.
Norby was placed on the 10-day injured list with a wrist injury. He hurt is on Friday and was placed on IL on Sunday. McCullough said Norby would go to Arizona to see a specialist to determine what’s next.
According to Rotoballer.com, it’s unlikely Norby will be back when the second half of the MLB season starts on Friday.
He is batting .241 with six homers, 26 RBI and 33 runs scored with seven steals.
