The British Columbia Lions went to Montreal and snatched a last-second 21-20 win in CFL action on Saturday.
Montreal’s Jose Maltos connected on a 30-yard field goal with 28 seconds left to give the Alouettes a 20-18 lead. BC marched down the field and Sean Whyte hit a 43-yard field goal at the buzzer.
East Carolina football alum Tyler Snead finished with four catches for 30 yards for Montreal. Jeremy Lewis didn’t play for BC as he continues to recover from an injured foot.
