Katin Houser has chosen not to play in the Military Bowl and will leave ECU to enter the transfer portal.
WNCT and Pirate Radio’s Brian Bailey broke the news Monday morning.
He had 3,300 yards passing with 19 touchdowns and six interceptions this season, which was his second with the Pirates.
