AAC football championship to air on ABC again

by | May 15, 2025

ESPN/ABC and the American Athletic Conference announced the plans for this season’s football championship.

The league posted on its website on Wednesday that the game will be played on Friday, Dec. 5, at 8 p.m. on ABC. It will be played at the home stadium of the conference’s regular-season champion. That’s what Army did last season when it beat Tulane, 35-14, at Michie Stadium, where the Midshipmen play.

ABC has televised the AAC title game for the past 10 seasons.
