Pirates pick up 6-foot-10 forward from transfer portal

The East Carolina men’s basketball team picked up a big man from the transfer portal for the 2025-26 season. Literally.

Pirates announce signing of Corey Caulker

Eli DeLaurier announced Wednesday on his social media pages he has given his commitment to the Pirates. The 6-foot-10, 225-pound forward spent two years at Providence and has three seasons of eligibility left.

DeLaurier averaged 1.2 points and 1.1 rebounds in 22 games as a backup forward this past season. He had a season-high six points against Seton Hall on Jan. 11.
