Why Clayton McCullough’s move to Miami may impact Dodgers’ Ohtani

ECU baseball alum Clayton McCullough is the new manager of the Miami Marlins. That move may also impact the Dodgers’ Shohei Ohtani.

McCullough was the Dodgers’ first-base coach before taking the Marlins’ job recently. He was instrumental in helping Ohtani to a career season in 2024.

“McCullough helped Ohtani steal a career-high 59 bases this season by going over scouting reports of opposing pitchers with the $700 million man.”
