Harold Varner III, LIV Golf make stop in England, play starts Friday

The next stop for ECU golf alum Harold Varner III on the LIV Golf tour is at the JCB Golf & Country Club in Rocester, England.

Starting Friday, LIV Golf UK will kick off with a 1:05 p.m. England time tee off (8:05 a.m. here). Varner is coming off a +2 finish in Spain two weeks ago. There was no event last week due to the British Open.

Varner played some of his best golf while the tour was in the US, finishing tied for fifth in Dallas with a -5 and finishing 18th in Virginia with a -7.

He will be part of Group 16 and will tee off at hole No. 15 with Louis Oosthuizen and Paul Casey.
