Connor Norby extends hit streak, record for Marlins

ECU Alum Connor Norby’s hit streak is now at eight straight games since he was recalled by the Miami Marlins from Triple-A.

Playing second base on Wednesday, he was 1-for-4 in the leadoff spot in an 8-2 loss to the Colorado Rockies. Norby doubled in the fifth, his seventh of the season. He now holds the third-longest hitting streak to start their career for the Marlins.
