Nothing lasts forever, but a seven-game winning streak is certainly something to tout while it lasts.
The Miami Marlins have won seven straight, all on the road. That’s never been done in Marlins history. Miami is home Tuesday against the Minnesota Twins. First-year manager Clayton McCullough, an East Carolina baseball grad, Greenville native and JH Rose High School alum, has the Marlins playing some great ball lately.
Miami is batting .293 and has scored over seven runs a game during the stretch. The team ERA has been 4.43, so they have some cushion against opponents.
McCullough joined MLB.com’s “Intentional Talk” to discuss his team’s hot hitting, being a MLB manager and much more.
