Alec Burleson and the Cardinals got out the brooms on Sunday.

While the Cardinals dropped Friday’s game to the Mets, they did end up playing a doubleheader on Sunday after Saturday’s game was rained out. As a result, the Cardinals were able to win both games, 6-5 and 5-4.
