Mason Baggett, Director of Strength and Conditioning
Baggett, who has nearly 20 years of experience training student-athletes at the collegiate level, was officially named the Director of Strength and Conditioning at East Carolina University on April 7, 2025.

Prior to his time in College Park, Baggett served just over a year as the associate strength and conditioning coach with the University of Illinois’ football program.
