Zach Agnos is staying busy during Spring Training.
The ECU alum and Colorado Rockies relief pitcher saw action for the third time this spring in Thursday’s game with the Los Angeles Dodgers. He came on in the sixth inning and was perfect, facing three batters and striking out one.
It was his third hold of Spring Training as the Rockies beat the Dodgers, 2-0, to improve to 6-1.
Agnos was a non-roster invite to Spring Training. His recent performance was mentioned Thursday as being a good sign he could make the Major League Baseball team in the bullpen when the season begins.

The Florence Y’alls had a video clip of ECU alum and Cleveland Guardians relief pitcher Carter Spivey during his stint on the mound on Tuesday.
Not all of the Spring Training games are on TV but we get to see and hear about Spivey briefly before he throws his first pitch.
