Latest: ECU Athletics to host Military Bowl celebration on Friday

Get ready for an unforgettable evening on Friday, January 24 from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. as we welcome back the 2024 ECU Football Team for a Military Bowl celebration event sponsored by Team Boneyard.

Here’s What You Can Look Forward To:

  1. Exclusive Giveaways: The first 500 fans in attendance will receive a TowneBank Military Bowl rally towel, and all attendees will receive a commemorative Military Bowl poster provided by ECU Athletics.
  2. Meet the Team: More than 80 players along with head coach Blake Harrell will be available to sign autographs from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.,
  3. Photo Opportunities: Take a photo with the Military Bowl trophy at our special photo booth.
  4. Raffle Prizes: Win a game used football from the Military Bowl, an official Military Bowl ECU jersey, lunch with head coach Blake Harrell and more.
  5. Support the Team: Fans are encouraged to donate to Team Boneyard to support the football program. Checks can be dropped off at registration or a member of Team Boneyard will be available to take credit card payments.

Due to the overwhelming response, the event has been relocated to the Walter & Marie Williams Athletic Hall of Fame in the Smith-Williams Center. Both the men’s and women’s basketball auxiliary gymnasiums will be used for the event.

Bonus Action: The team will be honored at halftime of the men’s basketball game on Saturday, January 25 against South Florida at 1 p.m. Tickets for the contest can be purchased here. The first 500 fans through the gates will receive a Pirate Club t-shirt, and postgame fun continues as the Women’s Basketball team takes on the Lady Bulls at 4:00 p.m.

Celebrate the Pirates 2024 football season, capped off by winning five of their last six games, including an exciting 26-21 win against NC State in the Go Bowling Military Bowl.
