ECU Alum Josh Grosz went five innings with seven strikeouts for the Hudson Valley Renegades in his regular-season finale, an 8-1 win over Asheville.
Grosz improved to 4-2 with a 2.77 ERA.
After a day off on Monday, the Renegades will begin their postseason run on Tuesday with Game 1 of the SAL North Division Series against the Greensboro Grasshoppers.
