ECU Alum Connor Norby had his 10-game hit streak since he was called up to the majors by the Miami Marlins come to an end in a 3-1 loss to the San Francisco Giants on Friday.
He finished 0-for-4 with three strikeouts. He ended up with the third-longest hitting streak for the Marlins after being called up to the majors, falling three games short of the record held by Juan Pierre and Gary Sheffield.
